Amazing studio/the city centre (Sun8)

Sono triste a lasciare la struttura Positive: Tutto è andato oltre le mie aspettative: location facilmente raggiungibile sia dall' aeroporto che dalla stazione centrale. Tram a due passi. Il centro si raggiunge a piedi. Quartiere silenzioso e signorile. Appartamento top, non c'era nulla fuori posto, molto funzionale, con tutti I comforts. Ho amato particolarmente il balcone dove ho consumato tutti I miei pasti, seppure fossi lì x lavoro mi sono rilassata come in vacanza. Il gestore è stato molto proattiva ed è venuto incontro alle mie esigenze. Non vedo l'ora di ritornare. Negative: Non ho trovato niente di negativo, seppure lavori nel settore turistico e sono abituata alla critica.Tutto perfetto!

Positive: Location and cleanless

Disappointed Positive: It was clean and it had enough kitchen items to cook with. Negative: It was extremely hot, and there was not any type of AC or ventilation, just a broken fan that blowed no air, we asked to get a replacement and they said they will provide one but never arrived, we had to leave a day earlier because it was not possible to sleep in.

In general accommodation is expensive in Zurich and this property was well priced to the location.it was located within Positive: Location was great. The property was very clean. Owner provided all the relevant information prior to stay. There was Wi-Fi. It was very straight forward to access the apartment. Negative: We found the bed quite hard and would have benefited from having a padded mattress topper to make it a bit more comfortable. There was one pillow each which and could have done with an extra pillow each. The fan didn’t really produce any air even at the highest power setting and was not fit for purpose as the temperature was at 35c. A nice touch would have been if there was a bottle of water available on the first night especially in the summer when it’s very hot.

Positive: This is a nice and very clean apartment, and the host answered our questions promptly. Negative: One important note: the apartment is not far from the train station, but it is definitely NOT within easy walking distance. The road goes uphill the entire way, including at least 40 steep steps. Walking from the station to the apartment, even with the small suitcases, is quite challenging. Even when we were returning from the excursions at the end of the day (with no luggage), we took the tram from the train station because the 20-minute uphill walk was exhausting.
